Ahead of the powerful lunar eclipse in your 2^nd house the following day (3^rd).

Just like your neighbouring sign of Cancer, any eclipse marks a change or pivot point for you. No matter if it is a solar or lunar eclipse, the Sun your ruler is always involved. This is a total lunar eclipse, a complete blind spot or cover up around money, shared assets, income, self-worth, your values or even secret and deep seated fears and insecurities around intimacy and trust.

The good news is that unlike a solar eclipse which cuts you off from your heart-source, a lunar eclipse doesn’t do that. You are still connected to your heart-centered truth and guidance. Do listen, Leo. The blind spot can be around the emotional charge you give to issues around money or finance. Or even disempowerment. This eclipse offers solutions or the courage to confront change due to its impact on Jupiter in your 12^th. Offering you a way out or ability to confront change without fear. Instead, you welcome it like a friend sent to help you clean house!

The changes that are in motion are destiny driven. But they may take a time to settle due to the Mercury retrograde in this house. Nothing may be finalised until next month. Negotiations or discussions could go back and forth. Because of the retrograde influence, if you are involved in legal undertakings or anything to do with contracts, money or even wills and legacies, do seek professional advice.

Something may end or simply come ‘full circle’ with a rebirth to follow. Again, this is very much fate or cosmic timing. But you are not powerless in this Leo. You are being asked to step up and direct your fate in the direction you would like it to go. Even if we feel something is preordained – we always have the choice when it comes to how we respond to it. Key dates for you involving decisions or simply flexing those empowerment muscles are when Mercury has its two encounters with the North Node – 18^th and 23^rd. Along with Mars on the 13^th. The latter is the one which very much puts you in control!

Rebirth, fresh starts and new beginnings appear alongside the secretive new Moon of the 19^th. By this point you will have confronted any ghosts of insecurities past unleashed by the eclipse. You’re ready to shed, release and let go. Stepping forward into what is now the Great Beyond waiting to be explored.

Venus is the first planet to make that brightening move into Aries and your 9^th (6^th). Ahead of the Sun (20^th). It joins Saturn, Neptune and Chiron. What shifted in your world with last month’s rock of the ages encounter between Saturn and Neptune? Did you discover a new path ahead and take those first exploratory steps down it? Did an opportunity or solution appear? Did you make a plan to do something, learn something, travel somewhere new? Did you fully embrace the concept that you make your own luck? In order to do that, you have to consciously commit to leaving your comfort zone. Or are you still waiting in that cosmic departure lounge for your metaphorical flight to be called?
