Why the rush towards change?
A cycle of responsibility begins
The karmic books must balance now
It’s a week where changes come to fruition or new cycles begin and we all get called to account for past actions. Change can be a good thing provided we channel the desire for change in the right direction – otherwise we can end up in more of a mess than when we started. With the planetary activity still concentrated in the sign of Aries this week, we need to guard against change for change’s sake. The Sun, Venus and Mars are all conjunct in Aries on the 8th and squaring Pluto in Capricorn. Transformations are inevitable but on a personal level we need to think and guard against impulsiveness. On a collective level we may see issues emerge where change is called for especially to do with structures and large corporations. A certain amount of grandstanding may also occur where change is overdue but those in charge refuse to bow to the inevitable.
On the 10th the new Moon in Aries joins the conjunction and offers an opportunity for a new beginning. This is a great time for us all to initiate projects and changes to our lives we have been contemplating. Again, contemplation is a key word – there is no need to rush towards change but if you have carefully considered all the ramifications, now is not the time to procrastinate any longer.
On the 12th, powerful Pluto turns retrograde in Capricorn. Pluto is always determined to ‘out’ nasty secrets – especially those hidden in corporate, big business or government closets with him being in Capricorn. He is at his most ‘Plutonic’ when retrograde so between now and September when he moves direct again, expect some nasty home truths to come tumbling out. On a personal level we are all going to be called to account as a cycle of taking responsibility for our actions begins. We’ll see this on a global scale as we are faced with the dire consequences of what we are doing to the planet but also on a soul level as we suddenly are made accountable for what we’ve done as the CEO’s of our own lives. It’s all about the karmic books balancing.
On the 14th, Mercury enters Aries while on the same day the Moon meets Jupiter in Mercury’s own sign of Gemini, quincunxes Pluto in Capricorn and sextiles Uranus in Aries. What comes blurting out will be unexpected and could have far reaching consequences. Secrets will be hard to keep now. Make your life an open book that you are proud for anyone to read.
