Last week we talked about new deals on the table. Sweet spots, common ground, compromise and win/wins. Based on looking at the bigger picture or wider implications rather than getting caught up in the egos desire to win at all costs. That only leaves us deadlocked. What are we willing to concede, let go of or even apologise for and admit we got it wrong in order to gain completion, closure or simply move things forward?

Making mistakes is human. Getting things wrong – we all do that on occasion. The thing is – everyone knows this. So, provided we own it and apologise, nobody judges us. We show we’ve learned something. Usually about ourselves. That makes us winners without actually needing to win per se. Letting go of ideas around this and also the need to be right is a theme of the week. New facts may change our perspective as the Sun scorches Neptune in Pisces. Impelling it to give up its secrets or simply punching through a fog of delusion (self-created or peddled by others). Once we see things as they really are, we immediately see the way ahead or how to resolve something.

Mars retrograde now in Leo opposes deal maker Ceres in Aquarius (20^th). Anything new that emerges may improve our chances for an agreement now. With what was left over or hanging from last week now cleared up. And people seeing eye to eye. Or at least intent on discovering a better way out of an impasse. Yes, this may still take a few weeks to finalise due to Mercury in Sagittarius being in retroshadow. But there’s a new willingness to seek out alternatives – and suggest them. Plus an equal one to offer up a few concessions to sweeten that deal!

Happy birthday to all the luscious sea-goats out there. The 21^st brings us the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. And the start of summer in the Southern. Your year ahead will revolve around home, family and security when ruler Saturn moves from your 3^rd to your 4^th. Dynamic changes may also occur on the work or job front which bring these about as Uranus crosses into Gemini and your 7^th. After Pluto’s intense transformation of how you see yourself and relationships, comes the light of long term love when Jupiter enters Cancer and your partnership sector in June.
