Activity defines this week as we have Venus arrive in its ruling sign of Libra (13^th), Pluto powering up in Aquarius (14^th) and yes, another breathtaking and soul releasing Kite aspect forming across the Air Signs. We may be caught up in fiery inspiration to make something happen. To launch ideas or even our souls skyward to discover just how high we can soar. And yes, as the Sun remains in Libra right up until next week, this can involve partners. Those duos, duets and double acts of all descriptions. The wind beneath our wings.

So, our focus may be on the person who allows us to fly and soar. As well as their opposite. Anyone who keeps us earth-bound. That’s totally different to being grounded. And we need to be certain which one is which. The Grand Air Trine formed between Venus in Libra, Uranus in Gemini and Pluto now direct in Aquarius also forms a Kite with the Venus/Neptune in Aries opposition. This blows in fresh clarity around our ideas, lightens conversation topics after last week’s intensity, and can change our direction onto a more free flowing, positive course.

This sees all of us poised to take action. And existing ideas, situations and relationships become lit with bright new relevance and inspiration. Conversations flow easily. It is the perfect week for any kind of partnership discussions. Dating, relating, applying or negotiating. Agreements can be reached. And alliances move forward with fresh understanding and alignment. Especially when we come from a desire to communicate our truth or focus on what we have in common.

The 14^th also serves a Mystic Rectangle with the Moon in Leo. Emphasising the need to balance our own needs with that of a partner – no matter what form that partnership takes. All of us need our turn in the spotlight. To be someone’s main focus. To be seen and our needs given priority. That’s the basis of give and take in a relationship.

This is part of the balancing act we are engaged in in any long term union. Our needs in the outside world vs. the needs of the other party. And whether or not a relationship is being skewed towards one person too often. Or someone expects to be the centre of attention all the time. This small reality check moment can also bring up beliefs around our own right to be loved, seen, adored and celebrated. Whether or not we secretly harbour ‘Why is that person interested in me?’ thoughts. Why wouldn’t they be? Often if we wonder this it is actually nothing to do with the person who is attracted to us. It may relate to something someone else has done in our past. The somebody else in the lyrics above. Or if we are thinking this about a role we have been offered, impostor syndrome.

The 17^th brings a square between the Sun in Libra and Jupiter in Cancer. If insecurities raise their ugly little heads this week – and provided the person has done nothing to trigger them, just keep in mind they are an innocent party. Chase down the little subversive thoughts to their source. And once you know their origin – you can silence them. The season of relatedness also means you don’t have to relate any longer to anything that doesn’t relate to your right to loved in equal measure to how you love.

In a nutshell: As we come to the end of Libra season we look to not only how we relate to others. But how they relate to us. And our capacity to believe in our right to be loved, seen and appreciated. So, don’t judge others by your past.
