And just like that – we reach the end of November which signals the end of the intense retrograde weather we’ve all been battling these past weeks. The week also serves up a final Grand Water Trine following last week’s triple tidal wave. Venus very much direct in Scorpio trines Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Cancer (26^th). Saturn is now poised to re-engage and power ahead – which it does on the 28^th. 

A powerful truth re-emerges or crystallises right in front of us. Reimagined and reinjected with our full commitment and intention. It appears in pure form and free from illusion. ‘Re’ words rule during retrogrades. And one of them is real. We are therefore able to move ahead with our decision knowing exactly how we stand and whether or not something is right for us – or not. It brings a rare and special moment of total clarity. And we may now see the retro-slowdown combined with this series of Grand Water Trines has been designed to bring us to this point.

Mercury heads direct in Scorpio the following day (29^th). Again, we are in sync with cosmic timing if we’ve been patient enough to resist pushing against this retrograde. Scorpio is the sign where our fears reside. And also our power to trust. We may fear we are not the magician/creators of what we wish to bring into our lives. Trust means not only trusting ourselves, but trusting that sometimes it takes time for the things we want to appear in our lives. Becoming disconnected from this is a form of disempowerment. With Mercury conjunct Venus (25^th) and Venus opposing Uranus in its ruling sign of Taurus (30^th) and trineing Neptune in Pisces on the same day, this brings a magical restoration of trust in ourselves. A realignment to our core values – and the process.

Let’s not forget that retrograde ‘re’s’ include reinvention. And usually this comes about when we are put in positions when we have to adapt to change or challenge. We may for instance, have to reach for a new set of tools or adapt quickly when one path closes and a new one opens up – a distinct possibility when we have Uranus in the mix. But when this occurs, we gain access to different outcomes. Or even access alternative options we have no idea existed. Or would even have found had we continued on the same path. And often this moves us from simply surviving to thriving. Or settling to understanding we are worth – and deserve, more.

As Mercury now has to clear its retro-shade which occurs next month, ‘re’ words remain in effect. But we now have a new one to play with as Venus moves from Scorpio into fiery and enthusiastic Sagittarius – receptivity. Being ready to receive. In the case of the sign associated with opportunity and expansion – that means ready to receive something bolder, brighter and bigger. No small goals or wishes allowed. That’s simply playing it too safe. Fall back in love with something big. And reimagine your trust in your ability to make it happen.

In a nutshell: Mercury and Saturn direct again marks the end to the severe retrograde weather. But those ‘re’ words continue to apply. Such as real – as in trusting that you can manifest those dreams. While Venus’ arrival in Sagittarius this week sees us imagine so much more. And begin the journey towards it.
