The Wildest Year of Our Lifetime 2026

Yearly General Astrology Forecast 2026

Just who do you think you are?

Outrageous fortune redefines our worth

Get ready for the Summer of Love!

A once-in-a-lifetime year! We are entering a new era. Nothing will be the same thanks to the Neptune-Saturn conjunction. The whole world and our lives are having a major reset.

When we look back over history, we see clearly defined cultural and social changes: the Medieval age of total faith and surrender, the Enlightenment where we birthed the power of Reason, and the Victorian era of industry and material order. We have just spent the last century in the Industrial and Technological Age, but we are stepping into the next one right now!

This is the Era of the Multi-Dimensional Being. The Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries is the ‘Big Bang’ degree—the point of no return. It is burning away the old, fake structures to reveal the raw, powerful truth of who we are. We are the pioneers of this new historical epoch. The reset is here and we need to visualise it being one of coming together.

Also, 2026 is also book-ended by two supermoons. Both in the moon’s ruling sign of Cancer. We have the Wolf Moon on January 3 when we’ll look at our emotional needs vs. what we desire to achieve in the world. And then on December 24, the Cold Moon which will allow us to process our 2026 emotional journey and set new intentions for the year ahead.

What lies in between the two is a year of incredible cosmic shifts! We can look forward to peaks of hedonistic pleasure as Jupiter’s arrival in Leo brings us a summer of love. We’ll ask questions around who we are or want to be as Saturn and Neptune take up residence in Aries. And experience a revolution right on our doorsteps with our ideas, devices, how we get about and communicate, as Uranus moves into Gemini.

Saturn and Neptune in Aries – Make it Real

Reality meets the unreal with Saturn and Neptune in the sign of personal identity. Neptune returns to Aries on January 26 and Saturn on February 14. Saturn and Neptune only meet once in 36 years. And they have never been together in Aries in our lifetime. Or will be again. What we have are two very different planetary energies fusing together on Feb 20. The concrete, practical and established boundaries of Saturn as symbolised by its rings, with the ethereal diffusion and spirituality of Neptune.

0 degrees Aries is being called the great reset. We are returning to a beginning we have never had! The Aries Saturn Neptune energy is unlike anything we have experienced in our lifetime and is revolutionary. In 1989, for instance, we saw the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Tiananmen Square protests. Russia seems to always be deeply affected by this particular conjunction, in fact one could say that Russia began in a Saturn/Neptune conjunction in 1380!  I imagine there will be big news concerning Russia from the 20th of February onwards. Life-changing news.

The last time it was in Aries, 0 degrees, was in AD555! It tends to dissolve boundaries and change cultures. We are building a new world (Saturn), and it is incredibly important that the world has meaning (Neptune), so our job is to hold the vision of what we want our world to become because that becoming is now! It will be war or peace, fight or revolution.

What this can bring about on a personal level is a profound shift in how we see ourselves or how we want to be seen. Who we know we are – or are meant to be, crystallises in a fresh way. And how we present ourselves going forward changes. We can reinvent ourselve from the perspective of the warrior of love.

With Uranus moving into Gemini – which rules the internet and communications, deep fake can take on a whole new dimension.  What can happen on a collective level as a result of Saturn and Neptune in Aries is that the reality around who or what’s unreal is exposed. Anything from ‘staged’ reality TV to how leaders have represented themselves.

Uranus in Gemini – Waking Up the Neighbours

Uranus in Gemini has always brought us breakthroughs in how we communicate and world events, which somehow find their way to impact on our daily lives – even if they occur far away. It wakes up our neighbourhood (which Gemini rules).

The pace picks up with Uranus’ return to Gemini. With our thinking and with dynamic change. Uranus is constantly curious, experimental and seeking ways to innovate. Expect it to deliver sudden and even astounding advances in technology, devices, apps, and simply what is possible in terms of how we learn, connect and communicate. As well as our commute and getting around.

These impact our every day lives and our neighbourhood, in ways we never would have imagined. This is for all of us. But for every action, there is an equal and opposite revolution – which is how Uranus operates. We may witness a massive exodus of social media platforms, and the rise and the fall of influencers who don’t actually exist. At all.

Ever wondered if we are alone in the galaxy? Uranus in Gemini is one of those transits where we may find out. At the very least, expect UAP’s (that’s the new name for UFO’s), to go mainstream and no longer be confined to conspiracy sites. Your friendly neighbourhood E.T? What’s a few hundred light years between friends? If the truth really is out there, Uranus will out it.

The Summer of Love Returns

Historically the ‘Summer of Love’ refers to the summer of ‘67 when tens of thousands of people converged on San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district for a counter-culture celebration of love, music and anti-war protests. It was the era of hippies and flower-power. Giving rise to the ‘If you’re going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some flowers in your hair’ lyrics. And yes, in the summer of love, Jupiter was in glorious, golden, glowing Leo – so the city with the Golden Gate Bridge was the ideal cosmic centre for all this to take place!

Jupiter arrives in Leo on June 30, 2026. It’s been 12 years since it was last in the sign of love, romance, creativity, children and yes, royalty. And it remains in here for 12 months – so not just a summer of love – but a year long holiday (which Leo also rules). Jupiter makes everything bigger, brighter and more outstanding. That includes our own individual right to shine, be seen and be loved. Think back to when you were very young. Jupiter in Leo reawakens that lost essence of spontaneity you used to experience before you started to worry about what others might think. When the author Tom Robbins wrote ‘It’s never too late to have a happy childhood’ – he was probably unconsciously tapping into a Jupiter in Leo transit. If you missed out growing up, this could be yours.

Love, what we love to do, creative conception, lucky breaks and glittering prizes, the lifting of restrictions, effortless attraction, and for some, finding themselves in the spotlight via fearless and radiant self-expression, are just some of the goodies Jupiter in Leo may beam our way. Not just for summer. Jupiter’s here for a year

North Node in Aquarius, South Node in Leo

It’s been 18 years since the North Node was in authentic Aquarius and the South in glittering Leo.

With a nodal shift comes a change in the eclipse axis. Eclipses always come in pairs. So, two in a solar cycle – one with the new moon (Solar). With the second at the full moon (Lunar). When a shift of the Nodes takes place, we always have two final eclipses on the old nodal axis – so Pisces/Virgo. And these are always lunar eclipses to allow us to work through and release emotional residue from the previous cycle.

Lunar eclipses truly are times when we need to be extremely gentle with ourselves. When we need to unplug and also give ourselves permission to feel whatever comes up. Especially across the signs of spirituality and health. No matter what sign we are. Your stop in place dates are March 3 – Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. And then the final residue release occurs with the Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on August 28.

The new eclipse axis sees eclipses in Aquarius and Leo. The first a Partial Solar Eclipse in Aquarius on February 17 which also ushers in the Chinese New Year of the Horse. The second is a Total Solar Eclipse in Leo on August 12. Keep in mind total eclipses are complete blackouts. This one is linked to the previous total eclipse in Leo which took place in August 2017. Many of you may remember Trump looking at the eclipse without eye protection. The 2026 may ‘out’ what was covered up or concealed by the previous eclipse. And this may well revolve around royalty or ‘royal’ dynasties – the Trumps being an example of this.

Something extra for those of you who are into Astro-Cartography or the charts of countries or cities. San Francisco which I mentioned earlier, has a Cancer Sun. But it was ‘born’ with the North Node at 6o Leo. With its Part of Fortune at 5o Aquarius – so conjunct the South Node. Aquarius being the sign of the collective. With Uranus – ruler of technology and Silicon Valley, in Gemini, and the Nodes moving backwards through Leo and Aquarius, watch what occurs both in San Francisco and with tech giants located there as the eclipses and Nodes hit 5-6 degrees of Leo and Aquarius. Especially if San Francisco is your ‘neighbourhood’.

Punked Rocks and Outrageous Fortune

Think the unthinkable when it comes to your money and values. Or the value which has arbitrarily been assigned to things. If something is overvalued, then there’s likely to be a dramatic and unbelievable reset around it as Chiron leaves Aries and makes its first incursion into Taurus on June 19.

Don’t get too hung up on Chiron’s wounded healer trope. That’s only one aspect of it. Chiron is neither an asteroid nor a dwarf planet. It’s an icy object known as a centaur. Or as one astronomer described it ‘A dirty snowball’. The very fact Chiron is in a category all its own tells us a lot about it. It defies previously held beliefs. Chiron was first discovered in 1977. The era of punk rock. The Sex Pistols, Clash and The Damned. It wasn’t what many of us had previously thought of as music. Until it was.

Taurus rules ‘bull markets’, gold as in ‘bullion’, currency and stocks and shares. It’s the bull of Wall Street now confronted by Johnny Rotten. So, expect radical reshifts around our money and our personal value systems. And do understand – all bets are off. And the stock market is exactly that. Betting. Use all due caution if you are investing in other words.

We will heal those personal wounds around money, judging ourselves around how much we earn or have and abundance in general under Chiron in here. And what we personally value or hands us that ‘rich’ feeling may change as well. In line with Jupiter bringing us a year long summer of love vibe and the other outer planetary shifts, this may now lie with people, community and experiences.

Hopefully, we arrive at the end of the year and the second full supermoon in Cancer on December 24 with a sense of having taken action on our own behalf, made pleasure and play a priority, embraced new ways of communicating and connecting, and gained insight into what is truly valuable to us. Saturn, Neptune and Uranus along with Pluto in Aquarius are now settled into their respective signs for the long term. 2026 is a year of awakening. 2027 will be all about what we do now we are.

In a nutshell: Let’s be optimistic! Major planetary shifts usher in a major cosmic shift around our beliefs about ourselves and also how we communicate and what we value. While Jupiter’s arrival in Leo brings us a year long Summer of Love. Welcome to 2026.
