Your Saturn in Aries Forecast
Your Saturn in Aries Forecast
On May 25 2025, Saturn enters Aries. It’s been almost 30 years since Saturn last paid the sign of self-assertive, fierce warrior confidence a visit. Saturn has suffered from a bad rap in the past. Labelled ‘The Greater Malefic’ in ancient astrology. And associated with loss, austerity, restrictions, frustrations and lack. However, today’s astrologers see Saturn in a very different light. Astrologer Bil Tierney calls it ‘Your guardian angel planet’. While Liz Green’s myth-busting book ‘Saturn: A New Look at an Old Devil’ showed us how to lean into Saturn’s influence. And to see its perceived limitations as opportunities for growth, understanding and long term success.
Saturn rules time and fate (karma). If the time is right, it happens. And if time’s up there is nothing to do but bow to this. Those rings symbolise commitment. ‘Put a ring on it’
Saturn’s rings also symbolise what goes around, comes around. In more ways than one. What we set in motion has consequences. We need to own this. Saturn is the cosmic old school teacher. The stern master who pushes us to achieve. If we don’t learn the lesson – we will be held back just as in school. We will have to repeat it until we do. Then Saturn reveals that it was always on our side. It turns into the kindly spiritual guide who rewards us for a job well done.
Playing by the rules, being accountable, stepping up and working with what we have – all Saturn traits. Mastering our responses. Owning our actions. Committing to do whatever it takes to get where we want to be. And being brave enough to follow our own path. These are things Saturn takes note of. And which put us in credit with it. In other words – we show up.
If you were born with Saturn in Aries, you will be having your Saturn return. Adulting on some level will be asked of you. This can be an extremely rewarding cycle if handled correctly. Or the start of one which will pay off in your future.
This is Saturn’s first incursion into Aries. It has one more revisit to Pisces before it drops back in to stay for 2.5 years. It enters on May 25, 2025. It will return to Pisces on September 1, 2025. Station at 25 Pisces on November 28. And then re-enter Aries on February 14, 2026. Where it will remain until April 13, 2028.
Saturn makes everything real. So, we will see clearly the link between cause and effect when it comes to our actions. It’s Newton’s Third Law – for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Either from others. Or from the cosmic accountant of karma – Saturn. Become the boss of your destiny. Own your path. Step up and deliver on what is asked of you. That’s how you work – and own, Saturn’s influence.
ARIES

Faith and patience are qualities you need to tap into with Saturn in your sign. This transit can bring you success, satisfaction, gain and fulfilment. Or send you back to the start. Do read the introduction to this forecast. As the information on Saturn applies to you more than any other sign now.
Just understand there are no short cuts to getting what you want. And you have to be fully committed to it. Prepared to take the long and winding route to the top. When it comes to looking at fresh peaks to climb, do your research into what will be required of you. Think this through carefully. Yes, you DO have what it takes, Aries. That’s not in doubt. But the question you need to answer in your own mind is whether or not you really, really want it.
Saturn will ask you to get serious about something. Or someone. ‘Put a Ring On It’ in other words. This applies to all Aries – whether you are having your Saturn return or not. As Saturn moves to conjunct your natal Sun and other areas factors, you will make key choices or decisions at these times. If you are unsure of exactly when this will take place, one of our astrologers can date-stamp this for you.
This is one of those times when the image you project becomes all-important. You need to dress for success. Or ensure you are taken seriously. You will be dealing with people in positions of power, authority and influence (in the traditional sense of that word), and how you come across will be the key. Especially if you are seeking to join their ranks. As in gain a promotion or move on up. Look like you have already arrived. Play by the rules. Show you are the Right Stuff.
Take yourself seriously, do the work, deliver and Saturn will reward you big time. Your self-respect soars. Your reputation climbs faster that the price of gold. If doors remain closed no matter how hard or loud you knock on them, understand it is time to review your strategy. And knock on a different door. When it comes to love – you’ll be in no hurry. Saturn can deliver the love of your life. The fated, karmic union you’ve been waiting for. Don’t be surprised if there’s an age difference. One way or the other. Saturn says it’s only a number. It has yours now.
TAURUS

Devotion, faith and knowing. When you know – you know for certain with Saturn in your 12th. It really will live up to that ‘Guardian Angel’ designation. It is the angel on your shoulder, whispering higher wisdom. And guiding you onto the right path. Of course, free will plays a role. You can choose to ignore it. But before you do, take a moment to think back to any time in the past when you chose not to listen to that wise inner voice. And what the results were of that. This is your house of the past. And Saturn wants you to learn from that.
Do you believe that the universe has a grand design for your destiny? That you are here for a reason? Even if you don’t yet understand what this is? With Saturn in your 12th – all will be revealed. But this may not be a bolt from the blue or overnight revelation. Rather nudges down a path or a bigger picture which slowly coalesces into focus. Time spent in meditation, journaling, yoga, spiritual practice or even walking in nature, will deliver the answers you seek. Align yourself to your purpose or calling.
Saturn in your 12th will remove delusion, denial and false hope. Leaving you with reality. On the one hand this can be a blessing. The old saying ‘the truth will set you free’ applies. And if you truly want the truth – it will be revealed to you. Again, you can choose to ignore it if you want. But if you do, Saturn is likely to place restrictions on your path until you accept the reality. Want proof of life after death? The answers to life’s big questions? Saturn will reveal these as well.
What are you hiding? Repressed pain? A situation that confines you? A secret you don’t want someone to know about which you conceal behind a veneer of fake Insta-happiness? Take it that Saturn will out it in order for you to deal with it. And also get help and support if this is lacking. It says there is nothing to be ashamed of. That state only exists within you.
If you have become too focused on the material success, money, possessions, status, Saturn in your 12th reminds you of the importance of the spiritual. It will redirect your focus through placing restrictions on your progress. In other words, you are made to bow to its higher wisdom. And take that lesson on board. If you have karmic debts or credits – these will be cleared. You pay it forward or it is paid to you. This is a Saturn cycle where the past will catch up with you. We reap what we sow. A rich harvest or fallow ground. No matter what Saturn reveals – know your actions in the past created it. The card of the Seven of Pentacles in the Tarot applies this cycle. And that you now have the opportunity to plant more karmic seeds for when Saturn reaches your sign in 2028.
GEMINI

You never had a friend like me. Who remembers the song from Aladdin? Saturn in your 11th is both genie. And genius. The friend you never knew you had. In this house, its rings represent social circles, connections and networks.
Genie: Saturn is the friend like no other. And the one you never knew you had. Saturn will cement existing friendships with those who truly are your crew, band of souls or simply your kind of weird, wonderful and crazy. It will also draw to you your urban or soul family – those with whom you have created karmic bonds over many lifetimes.
It will teach you that the love of friends isn’t silver medal love. But as meaningful as the romantic kind. And in fact, is needed in order for one-to-one love to flourish and for a healthy existence. Openness and inclusivity will be important. If you reject others on the basis of any kind of prejudice during this Saturn transit – then it’s likely Saturn will keep you ‘All by yourself’ behind those rings until you change.
Because Saturn rules karma, you may make friends with someone who offers up help and support as well as friendship with no apparent agenda. Understand this is very different to friendship bombing. The friendship follows the usual pattern when it comes to getting to know one another. Unlike love/friendship bombing which is everything all at once. And is a red flag in any connection. If someone genuine crosses your path who proves themselves a friend of the highest order, then they are doing this because you did the same for them at one point. That’s Saturn the friend whisperer at work!
This is your house of goals so Saturn will also connect you to those who can assist and support you. They may be on their own path to similar dreams. Or act as inspiration for you to head towards yours.
Genius: Saturn unleashes your inner inventor/innovator. It gives you real time parameters to work within. And when it comes to your goals – which this house rules, it loves it when you set deadlines. Don’t leave these open-ended. Stating that you will have crushed something by a certain date, puts Saturn and the universe on notice. It shows your intentions are serious.
Lean into commitment and Saturn will reveal the path to the top. Above all in this house – be a joiner. Make the effort to invest in friendships, groups, gatherings, clubs, associations, movements – the way you would a personal relationship. You may well find yourself rubbing shoulders with ‘higher ups’ – people who run things. Volunteering is another way to circulate and meet new people. And Saturn gives karmic credit for this. Those you meet may well open doors for you after they have got to know you. You’re in a relationship now with a wider group of people. Get involved. Put a ring on that social scene, Gemini. Which actually has no boundaries now.
CANCER

Who loves The Sound of Music? The hills are alive with Saturn wanting you to climb every mountain, Cancer. Or at least the one you set your sights on. Ready for a peak experience? Saturn has you set to conquer in Aries and your 10th house. You will have the staying power and the determination to reach the top – whatever that looks like for you.
Saturn will show you the way. The long and winding road to the top. This is yours to walk. And it is important to understand that while it takes you where you want to go, it may be a long and winding one. It is designed entirely for you. So please don’t compare your journey with others. Any more than you should set your definition of success by what society, your family or others thinks this looks like.
Saturn is all about the courage to self-authorship. Saturn rules authority. And there’s no more influential one on our destiny than the one we have over ourselves. This can be a Saturn transit of hard work and effort. But can also bring you the biggest rewards and achievements of your entire life. As you crush milestone after milestone. Are you ready for real, lasting success?
Saturn asks for commitment. Commitment in a Saturn in your 10th cycle can be anything from starting a long term course of study in preparation for your career. Accepting the responsibilities that go hand in hand with that promotion, better paying position or starting your own business. Starting a family. Signing a mortgage agreement to buy a home. Putting your own ambitions on hold in order to support a partner, family member or child with theirs. All these are commitments and ask you to step up. For the long haul. And massive achievements when we reach them!
Sometimes Saturn asks us to commit to ourselves. If something long term isn’t working for us, to have the courage to leave it. We understand the full implications of doing this. But the heavy burden of simply carrying on is something we can no longer honestly continue.
This is the ultimate path we may take. If a marriage or long term union is no longer working. Or if we have felt pressured to choose a career or lifestyle in order to please our family for instance. Saturn says time to own it. And if we do, not to see this as a failure. But a learning experience instead.
And also – keep in mind that Saturn is your partner in love. That is because it rules Capricorn and your 7th house. The combination of Saturn in your 10th and Jupiter in your own sign can add up to one of the best cycles for those of your single and seeking you have experienced in many years. Take your search seriously. And see yourself as a ‘keeper’. Settleds may benefit indirectly from their partner’s success. Or you agree to take the next step in your relationship.
Your image counts under this Saturn transit. And whether you are aware of it or not, the world or those who matter are watching you. So, how you come across will be all important. This includes what you post or share online. Do adjust your privacy settings accordingly. You will be dealing with people in positions of authority during this Saturn transit. Bosses – present and potential, gatekeepers, those who can say yes or assist you, individuals who form part of the establishment and who work in ‘traditional’ or established professions – banking, the law, medicine, government etc. If your chosen path is one of these, you will be in the spotlight at some point during this cycle. But cultivate an image of someone who knows what they want and above all, can deliver.
Your devotion to a long term path or craft can see you rewarded now. Saturn elevates those who understand there are no short cuts. But if you find yourself blocked, held back or having run-ins with authority figures, then you have some serious thinking to do. Saturn will put you in a time out until you do!
But it just may be that with a touch of extra effort and commitment, this cycle turns out to be simply one of your favourite things, Cancer. Keep on climbing – until you find your dream.
LEO

Set me free! From who or from what exactly, Leo? The big secret to freedom when Saturn is in your 9th house of fierce, bold moves and a desire for expansion, is that the freedom you seek is actually found in creating support structures in your life. Establishment, commitments and saying yes (to the right things), release you to spread your wings. This is the Saturn paradox you will be working with over the next 2.5 years.
Back to themes of freedom, big dreams and where you want to go, Leo. This starts with having a very clear idea of where and what this is. Jupiter in your 12th is going to assist as it will align your soul compass and boost your intuition. But you still need a clearly stated destination in mind.
Knowing where you don’t want to end up isn’t the same thing as knowing where you do. Think of it this way – you turn up at the airport and go to the check in desk. The clerk asks you what your destination is. And you reply: Oh, just put me on the next flight somewhere I can have a great lifestyle, the weather’s fantastic, there’s fabulous friendly people, where I won’t have to deal with all the $*it I get here. Where I can get a good job or my business thrives. Attract opportunities and even love. And it’s safe. I’ll be happy there. You know – that place.
You may think you’ve described where you want to go. But no, you’ll just be told they don’t know where that is. You need to say exactly where you want to land before they can put you on a flight there. Well – simplistic and obvious as the above example is, that is what Saturn needs to know. This is your quest, your journey, your adventure. It’s a trip of a lifetime. And a learning experience. But Saturn is all about the GPS, the final landing spot, the map – and the path which takes you there. But you have to decide which direction you head in. Saturn will hand you the endurance you need. No matter your starting point. Or how far you need to go. You can get there from where you are. Just know where ‘there’ is.
What Saturn doesn’t do is escapism. So, while people and places overseas will feature. – especially if you have karmic ties with them, this is about heading towards something. Not running away. Within this over-arching theme of exploration, discovery and freedom through structure, think Border Control. Those rings represent the rules you work within. And will either keep you fenced in or others out. Our thoughts can keep us literally ‘closed off’. We think of ‘those people over there’ – be they in other countries, different beliefs or backgrounds. And create walls as we do. We then exist in splendid isolation instead. And no, that’s not Saturn’s plan either.
Saturn rules structure and rules. This is the house of the law. Don’t break the rules or colour outside the lines. If you are travelling to a very different culture – do you due diligence and have a ‘When in Rome’ approach to local customs. You may also find yourself dealing with the legal profession or even people in religious organisations now. This is your house of higher education. You may start university under this transit or gain further professional qualifications. If you are dissatisfied with the level of education you attained when you were younger, Saturn in here can see you return to study.
If your past has been overshadowed by an overly authoritarian parent or your experience with religion was of the hell and damnation kind, this transit of Saturn will bring in a kinder perspective. Saturn isn’t a planet associated with a sense of humour. That’s more Mercury’s thing. But in this house it can show you that God, the cosmos, karma, or whatever you think has over-watch, does have one. And has a good belly laugh at the ridiculousness of what happens on this mortal plane. Life wasn’t meant to be serious all the time.
Saturn may visit you in person under this transit. If you are familiar with the Hero’s Journey, then you already know the guise Saturn may assume in your 9th from the great tales. The wise teacher or mentor. Usually older, worldly and more experienced. Help me, Obi Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope. This person will challenge you. Usually by making you work within a set of rules or restrictions. And push you to confront your limitations. Above all, they will teach you that the only control you ever truly have is to control your own reactions. And when you master that – you can do anything. And go anywhere. The journey begins with you, Leo.
VIRGO

The Sugababes said it: Ain’t it crazy how you think you’ve got your whole life planned, Just to find out it was never ever in your hands. Seeing as you are the sign of plans yes, Saturn likes you to have one. But at the end of the day, you may simply have to bow to the changes Saturn makes as it transits your 8th house.
This is your house of transformation, what you share (especially marital/joint assets), endings, rebirth, empowerment, legacies, taxes, wills, fears and insecurities, and relationships where sex is important.
Saturn rules fate. Don’t tempt it under this Saturn transit. You may think something is hidden in that vault. Or you have managed to get away with it – whatever ‘it’ is. But Saturn knows the score. Saturn is also old school. So, unlike Uranus and Pluto which can blindside us, it gives fair warning and an opportunity to change. Think of this as being summoned to the principle’s office at school. You get the stern talk. Maybe detention. You’re told next time the consequences will be more severe. You can take this onboard. Or not. But you were given the chance to course correct. That’s Saturn basics.
Saturn in this house in its Guardian Angel guise raises those red flags for us. We need to pay attention. They are telling us a line is being crossed. When we see these we need to channel our inner Saturn. Set clear boundaries. Show there are consequences. And if someone doesn’t take it seriously, enforce them. Saturn in your 8th sees you become your own protector or guide.
Business and money will feature. And this Saturn wants you to put together a long term plan when it comes to financial matters. Saturn in your 8th asks you how you conserve and protect your assets. Or plan for your financial future. It’s time to take the emotions out of money matters. To be businesslike and practical. Which you excel at. Be this putting money into a pension scheme or getting a handle on debts. This is your house of negotiations and power. Does something need to be renegotiated? Like your salary for instance? Your rates. Or the terms of a loan? You’ll go through the checks and balances and know what adds up. And if you need to seek a better deal elsewhere.
Saturn red flags in relationships in this house include attracting in a partner with financial problems. Sexually transmitted debt. Miserly or cheap partners who refuse to share – be this themselves or their resources. Or a partner who uses a financial advantage as a means to manipulate or control – ‘golden handcuffs’ situations fits in with Saturn’s rings.
Nothing should be off the table under this Saturn. You need to confront your fears. Be this around money and values. Or yes, those bedroom hang ups. Especially if you were brought up in an environment which taught you that your sexual self is ‘bad’ or needs to be repressed. There is no judgement. Only that we place on ourselves.
Healthy relationships with money and in your intimate life is Saturn’s ultimate goal for you. Those rings of gold which encircle Saturn represent alchemy in this house in your chart. By taking that grounded and practical approach to what you keep hidden in your vault, you can transform these things into your greatest assets. In your fears lies you power.
We can avoid tackling issues because we are afraid. But this keeps us trapped. And disconnected from our truth. Saturn asks you to face up to what needs to change. And meet it head on. Understand that change does not need to be negative. But will bring you big life lessons. For instance, you could find yourself having more money at your disposal. Saturn hands you this to see how it changes you. And what you do with it. Do you keep prosperity at bay because you secretly fear you will lose the money if you get it? That’s the kind of challenge Saturn can hand you.
Saturn asks for transformation via commitment. Or in some cases consciously uncoupling. Some of you may take your relationship to the next level. Choosing to marry, buy a home together or start a family under this Saturn. Others may be reborn as a singleton again if something isn’t working.
Dealing with ‘Saturnian’ organisations or people is common under this Saturn. Your boss, your bank manager, government benefits, insurances, investments, brokers, wills and probate. Again, you need to be above board and pragmatic. No matter if something is triggering, you need to understand this is strictly business. And yes, strictly sex and money without the guilt trip. No emotional sting. And no fear.
LIBRA

Seventh heaven. Karmic mates and fated dates. I know of a Libra who met the love of their life the last time Saturn was in Aries. Yes, the put a ring on it planet offers up exactly that in your 7th house.
Saturn rules timing, fate and karma. This is why you can be on every app, go out and actively seek someone – but the real thing escapes you if the timing isn’t right. And if you have done all you can and nothing is happening, then it is time to bow to Saturn’s wisdom. And let go and leave it to fate. It’s important to remember that the other party isn’t on ice and ready to be defrosted. They are living their life, and potentially engaged in other relationships as part of their own readiness. Simply put – you may not have met them yet because they are not free. But destiny can and does play a role with Saturn in here.
Saturn tells you that you can’t hurry love. As well as having its own cosmic timing, you shouldn’t hurry the process. Especially if you’re seeking something serious. Or want a different result this time round. Saturn also lets you know – even if this is destiny, love still requires work. That’s the commitment part over and above the ring. We may dream of seventh heaven, hassle free, marital bliss or long term love. But that doesn’t mean we won’t have to continue our learning by working through issues as a team. And what we need to keep in mind is that even if we have a past-life history with someone – and are back together in this one, we don’t know exactly how this played out. Or what that karmic pattern is.
Saturn asks you think things through carefully before making that commitment. Or for that matter – getting out of a present one. Your choices will have long term implications now. We also can’t gloss over the fact that Saturn in the 7th can trigger daddy issues. If our father was distant and unavailable – we attract a partner who is the same. The key to all this is self awareness. I don’t like to use the term ‘soulmate’ as it is misunderstood, over-used and can also keep us trapped in toxic relationships. But a true soulmate is more than just the person with whom we have a ‘happily ever after’ ending with. But the person who awakens us to a pattern within us and hands us the ability to transcend it. It may be this is the reason they come into your life this time around. And once they have done this, they move on. This does not mean they were not one of your soulmates however. And yes, you have many!
In ancient astrology, we were not considered fully mature until we experienced our first Saturn return at 28-29. Today there’s still a big argument for not getting married or taking that big step in relationships until we have experienced this. If we married or moved in together in our early 20’s, our Saturn return can put the union under pressure. And yes, relationships have a chart and are governed by Saturn. The old ‘seven year itch’ cliché times with a Saturn square. If we have married or are in a relationship for the wrong reasons, Saturn will call time’s up. These include marrying someone for their status. A trophy partner. Or for material security. Saturn rules integrity. Also time outs. Keep in mind that if you and your partner have been having issues, a separation can in fact give you the decompression and distance you need to get back on track. Or the time to really think things through before taking that final step of divorcing.
Bright shiny new karma. Put a ring on that, Libra. While Saturn in here can renew your connection to current partners (including business and working ones), and place that destiny driven love of many lifetimes in your path, it can also bring in someone with whom you have no karmic history at all. Never have you ever in other words. New soulmate creation takes place. And there is no reason why you cannot fall deeply in love, marry, have children and spend a lifetime with this person. And feel this is a forever thing.
Business partnerships and collaborations are another kind of union Saturn favours. Your work spouse can be a source of immense satisfaction and also emotional support and encouragement. And together you achieve more than you would individually. However, if you are in an outside relationship, don’t cross or blur any lines. And please don’t be tempted to get into a relationship with someone you work with where the power dynamic is unequal. Or they have hire or fire power over you. This is a big Saturn no-no.
Saturn rules love for the ages. And age in any long term relationship may be a factor. This is different to those daddy issues I touched on earlier. Is age a barrier? Do you think you are too old now for love? How about a partner where there is a significant age difference? Say plus or minus at least seven years? It’s just a number, Libra. And Saturn now has yours.
SCORPIO

Don’t you just love those maps with the little red dot on them which says: You Are Here, Scorpio? Well, Saturn in your 6th is a bit like that. It shows you exactly where you stand in relation to the here and now, your work life, your habits, routine and daily environment. And your overall wellbeing. Right here. Not anywhere else.
Saturn grounds you in your daily existence. This is a house of practical matters, daily duties and the here and now. Not the future, where you imagine yourself being. And it certainly isn’t about escapism. Time to get real. And if you don’t like what you see, to take a mindful and structured approach to changing it. One step at a time.
First this is about your work or Dharma. What you have to do or need to do to engage in the full time occupation of living. No matter how successful or rich we are, we still have responsibilities and things that are required of us. Our devotion to duty. Whether this is paid work isn’t the point. It’s about doing it. And being fully present as we engage with it. This is your house of employers, coworkers and employees. You can be a billionaire boss but you still need to show up. And you have a duty and a responsibility to your staff and potentially, your shareholders. You can only delegate so much. Your vision and guidance is a requirement of the job. And taking the rewards.
Saturn asks we step up and be ready to do whatever is required of us in order to get the job done. That we accept the terms of our employment for instance if we want that pay check. It also awakens a need within us for work that gives our lives meaning. We want to add something, contribute. And feel at the end of the day we made a difference. If your present job is not giving you this, you will go in search of one that will. Even if you are not engaged in paid work, volunteering, studying or even simply creating an environment that’s ‘nice to come home too’ for loved ones, can hand you the take out and meaning you’re seeking.
Structure is our friend with this Saturn. Time management, To Do lists, schedules, Work in Progress reports, plans – Saturn loves this vibe. And the more you lean into systems like these, the better and easier your job whatever that is, becomes. And life simply flows. Saturn has a ‘less is more’ approach. First – this means ditching multitasking. Saturn says one task, 100% focus. And then move on to the next. Second – declutter. Be this your desktop or that closet. This is the house of your everyday environment. Where you spend your time be it at work or at home. So, make your space sacred. And again, you can to this one step – or drawer, at a time. Ask yourself if you really need it? Or when you last used it or wore it? The more you are able to refine and release, the more energised you will feel. And paradoxically, you will end up feeling you have so much more.
This is your house of health. Saturn in here can change up your habits. For good. If you want to lose weight, this is one of the best transits under which to do so. And keep it off. If you have been struggling with health issues or even addiction, Saturn tells you help is at hand if you ask for it. Saturn rules professions such as medicine. Many doctors have a strong Saturn or even Capricorn stelliums in their charts. But bear in mind that Saturn rules the traditional approach. This doesn’t rule out complimentary treatments. But when consulting anyone about a health related matter, you need to ensure they are properly qualified. So no, that Tiktok influencer is not your best source of advice under this Saturn.
Saturn fitness approaches include yoga, pilates, resistance training and weights. That is because these are structured approaches. But any regularly scheduled workout that you commit to will hand you long term benefits. There are no quick fixes however. Certainly not if you have neglected your health or been living off ultra processed foods and energy drinks. But Saturn tells you – you have to start somewhere. And today is that day when you do.
If anything needs to be removed from your body – this is when an operation is likely to take place. Saturn rules the bones, joints and teeth. The knees especially. If you need a knee replacement, then it should happen at some point during the next 2.5 years. The same goes for procedures such as crowns or dental implants. Look to your diet and make sure you are getting enough calcium and cruciferous vegetables. And if you have any health related concerns – including mental health issues, please see your doctor.
Deliverables. At work you will be seen as someone who does. Deadlines will feature. Either with something you have to do. Or even with exams as this is one of your houses of study. Don’t cut corners. Saturn in here can hand you rewards and recognition for a job well done. See you return to the workforce, begin an apprenticeship, upskill (this is your house of short courses or self-directed study), or start a job which hands you that all-important long term satisfaction. Or if you are an employer, bring you that person who you can 100% rely on to get the job done. This is also your house of domestic staff so this includes that cleaner, nanny, pet sitter or home help.
A move of premises can often happen under Saturn in our 6th. Your work could relocate. Or you end up in a different working situation. Hybrid or remote working. Your reliability makes you the ideal candidate for this. If you have been thinking about working for yourself, this Saturn cycle may see you finally taking that step. You will have done your due diligence and have a strategy or business plan. Saturn has you willing to do what it takes to run your own show. And this includes working longer hours or only spending initially on what you need. Stick with the basics and don’t make rookie mistakes such as splashing out on the latest tech or a fancy office if you can make do with what you already have. That’s just Saturn smarts.
The final lesson Saturn has in this house relates to time. The old work/life balance. Taking time to do the things we need to do – and giving these our full attention. But making time for the things and most importantly, the people that matter to us. Do address any imbalances around this. Saturn rules boundaries. Those rings. Be totally present with what you are doing. So, when you working – be 100% focussed on that task. And when you are not – then you are 100% present with what you are doing or with whom you are with. This may mean turning off that phone, resisting the desire to check your work emails at home, or refusing to allow work-related matters to intrude. Or in some cases telling your boss that you are unable to stay behind or take on any more responsibilities.
If you work for yourself, the need to create that clear separation between your work and your life outside of it becomes even more important. Especially when it comes to your wellbeing. Those who are self-employed are more likely to suffer burn-out and social isolation than those in regular employment. Have a designed work station in your home. Aside from having a project which needs a fast turn-around, set regular hours. Make time for relationships or working on your social life. And take this every bit as seriously as you would that business plan. In fact, include your downtime in that.
Saturn in your 6th strengthens your work ethic. You won’t shy away from the task at hand. And this includes working towards a healthy and more sustainable mind, body, spirit alignment. You may work harder or in a more effective way with Saturn in here. But you will also work smarter and what you do brings you increased satisfaction. Ring in the changes with how you approach health and wellbeing. And understand it all creates a structure for living and working better. And once you create it, the knock-on effect will be seen in other areas which are totally unrelated. Turns out those rings are actually the ripple effect.
SAGITTARIUS

The author Tom Robbins said: It’s never too late to have a happy childhood. Did you get that, Sag? Saturn is in your 5th of babies, children and conception. But this is also the house of our inner child. This isn’t about being juvenile or immature. This can be a return to innocence, joy and realising unfulfilled potential if our childhood did not deliver on its promise. If you felt you had to suppress rather than express your true essence – or if your childhood was curtailed by circumstances that saw you having to grow up fast, then the good news that Saturn has for you is that it’s never too late to experience what should have been yours.
This may seem to run counter to what many astrologers would have you believe about Saturn in your pleasure zone. But here’s the Saturn secret sauce – it wants things to be fair. It seeks karmic balance and restoration. So, if you are owed a happy childhood or another chance at love, this is when you will get it.
Let’s also talk romance. If you are seeking someone new you may attract in that partner who is in a leadership position or enjoying a certain level of success. No, you are not actively seeking someone out who fits this description. Just that they may magically turn up. They are also seeking something serious and not in the mood for time wasting. That doesn’t mean to say you or they are going to rush into something. This is someone who may favour the traditional approach of ‘courtship’. Or they may have responsibilities that mean they have other business to attend to. The card of The Lovers in the Tarot fits this person. It is often linked to a relationship where something outside of the couple impacts how the union unfolds. Such as professional or other commitments. Here’s the thing Sag – this one is worth waiting for.
Others may benefit from the arrival of someone who is a real ‘asset’ to them. An agent, publicist, casting director, go between, backer or promoter. Or even a VIP, influencer or celebrity. The new employer who offers that dream job. They could turn into the wind beneath your wings. Or give you permission to spread yours and fly if again, this was not present in your childhood experience.
Creativity is grounded in experience and practicality. Saturn rules Capricorn and your money house. So, making money from your creativity is a big possibility under this Saturn. And this turns work into pleasure. You are willing to take the risk now. Especially when it comes to putting your heart and talents out there. But you have the confidence to take that chance. Saturn doesn’t just run rings around the competition in this house. Those rings mean the chances you take a calculated ones. Plus if someone has a problem with what you are doing – you now know that’s their problem – not yours. Express yourself.
Time for romance? You’ll experience a lot of similarities with this Saturn as Libra will. In other words, if it’s time for love, it will happen. And a love which is likely to go the distance. Without fencing you in which is of course, the big Sag no no. Although you do need to know where those deal breakers are, ensure your criteria are not so rigid that no-one can possibly live up to them. If we have a list of unattainable qualities we’re seeking in a partner, we usually create this out of a sense of self-protection. Because nobody can ever life up to them, we are safe from being hurt. Think lurking behind Saturn’s rings. Because Saturn is here to heal you, this includes looking at what caused you to feel you needed to do this in the first place. And then consciously dismantle the barriers that prevent love and joy reaching you. You are whole-hearted. You don’t need a ring around it. Not that kind anyway.
It has to add joy to last. And yes, it has to seriously fit the bill. The lover that doesn’t, is overly critical or emotionally immature? The reality of Saturn in here is that its unlikely to go further now. Note to single Sagittarians: as this is your house of children, please be upfront early on whether you want children or not. And find out whether you and the other party align here. This is one of the few deal makers or breakers you need to keep on that list.
Some of you may meet someone with children from a previous relationship. Again, this fits in with a partner who may have other responsibilities. Babies, adoption, co-parenting, conception, teenagers and having to step into the role of ‘parent’. If you do have children, then you may be setting clear rules and boundaries. Understand that testing these is part of the growing process. And part of your job as a parent is enforcing them. Lack of boundaries isn’t love. Children often see their absence as not caring. Despite accusations of ‘ruining’ their lives!
You may decide to become a parent under Saturn in this house. Old astrology makes much of not having children with Saturn in this house. But Saturn rules commitment. And parenting is one of the biggest commitments we make. Becoming a parent when you are older is very Saturn in your 5th. Think Bridget Jones’s Baby and Emma Thompson’s comments on ‘Geriatric mothers’. If Bridget were real, she was probably having a Saturn in her 5th transit.
Other Sagittarians may be dealing with empty nest syndrome. And if this is you, while this may be poignant, it is also your chance to now let go of some of the responsibilities of parenting (although as any parent will tell you – we never do!), and pursue your own passions once again.
You’ll come to learn that luck is actually hard work in disguise. And that success in anything – from love to doing what you love, requires that you put yourself out there. That happily ever afters require effort on our part. That real romance happens with a real human being. With flaws. Not with that list of unattainable qualities.
You need to try again now. Even if disappointment has clouded your past. Have you given up? Stopped trying? Are you super-critical of what you do? Allowed failure to make you wounded, resentful or believe there’s no point? When we’re young nothing stifles our joy, self-expression or willingness to experiment. It’s only later others and life full our shine and our self-belief. Or belief in love. Saturn restores this. Your happy childhood begins right here.
CAPRICORN

Ruler Saturn on the move is always one of the most important transits for you. This happens once every 2.5 years. When a specific area of your life undergoes a massive overhaul. And you are called upon to create foundations, renovate your life path or establish something for your future. And get serious about it.
Nobody doubts your ability to commit, Capricorn. But the flip side to this is of course – over-commitment. You take on too much in terms of responsibility. Or end up being responsible for something or someone that actually isn’t or shouldn’t be your responsibility at all. Such as someone leaning on you instead of standing on their own two feet. And you getting no support back. Perhaps you are shouldering a heavy financial burden. The main breadwinner for instance. Or having to care for someone with little or no respite or support. The first thing Saturn is going to ask you as it arrives in Aries and your 4th is: Are you able to ask for help if something has got too much? The old rock track ‘Hang on, help is on its way’ by Little River Band is Saturn’s anthem in your 4th. But only if you drop those barriers to asking for it.
That’s not weakness, Capricorn. That’s strength. We all need somebody to lean on to quote another song. You are the sign that is so there when it comes to supporting others. Saturn now wants to ensure you have the support you need. Shut down Saturn makes you afraid to be vulnerable. And if we continue to buy into this outdated, stiff upper lip Saturn, we end up stuck and isolated emotionally. If we won’t share our real emotional state, others won’t share theirs with us. We’re literally at that point in this alone.
Support structures of all kinds will be in focus. From the bricks and mortar kind of your physical address. To your family unit, loved ones and source of material support. What keeps you safe and secure. What constitutes homeland security. From your country to your emotional state, you will look to protect what you love. And create whatever is needed to ensure its safety and longevity.
You will be able to access massive reserves of emotional strength to build something from the ground up which creates this. But again, look at taking on too much. Or the need to do it alone. This is your house of roots, relatives and also your path in life. Have you become ‘rooted’ in your ideas, to one spot or way of doing things? Let’s talk fruit from the tree, Capricorn. Did you fall far from your family one? What about those you care for? Has your desire to keep them sheltered and close tipped into keeping them confined instead of cared for and supported? Do you need to encourage them to fly the nest instead?
Saturn is about owning your path in life. If you are on the wrong one, or in the wrong place, then at some point in the next 2.5 years, you will take ownership of this, uproot yourself and move. Either home or career. Or possibly both.
Our emotional foundations begin with our experience of being mothered. When we are infants, this is key to our survival. Here’s the thing about astrology – it doesn’t judge. If your experience of being mothered wasn’t what you needed, the planets aren’t about to assign blame here. Saturn instead shows you that your mother was a person in her own right. And made her own mistakes. You are now in a position to understand this. And also fulfil your own emotional needs without feeling needy about it. The same goes for being there for your family if you are a mother or in this role. Whatever example your mother showed you about mothering – it’s now your turn. I’m also going to add that ‘mothering’ is gender-neutral under this Saturn. Caring, understanding, patience, nurturing, resilience, forgiveness the ability to offer unconditional love – these are human qualities. They are not confined to one gender. And are separate from conception and being a biological mother.
This Saturn is also about putting your own mask on first. In other words, to self-nurture, care for yourself and provide yourself with what you need to thrive. You cannot help others unless you first help yourself. If you feel you are ill-equipped to do this, again, Saturn is here to help you understand why. Wounds from childhood such as constantly moving, poverty or insecurity can now be understood and healed. This links in to what I was saying earlier about being afraid to show emotional weakness, ask for help, or feeling home alone and unsupported.
This especially applies to you if these kinds of wounds have resulted in you living somewhere that is cramped, in a state of disrepair, unsafe, crowded or in an area where you feel unsafe or simply not at home. Please don’t be afraid to go ask for professional help to support you if this what you are living with. This can be very confronting. Our outer circumstances often reflect our inner beliefs. Don’t give them any more house room.
The opposite of this is creating that impregnable fortress. Where it’s easier to sneak into the CIA than it is to gain entry into your home. That Homeland Security is one thing. And of course you should protect what you love. But paranoia is the opposite of feeling safe. If you don’t feel safe where you live – despite reasonable steps taken which ensure you should, then again, you may want to talk through the reasons why.
Saturn offers you shelter. The place behind those rings. And sometimes home and shelter isn’t bricks and mortar or even found within the family we were raised in. People can feel like home. That group or community who offers those qualities I spoke of earlier – caring, understanding, patience, nurturing, resilience, forgiveness and unconditional love. If so, you’ll move to be with them. Or perhaps there’s an area where you feel this. Whoever or whatever this is – first come home to yourself. Turns out there’s no place like you.
AQUARIUS

The smartest person in the room? Yes, it may well be you now, Aquarius. Just don’t lord it over others even if it’s true. Or feel the need to be right. You may literally be the idea whose time has come. Or have it. Talk is cheap however. And actions speak louder than words with Saturn in your 3rd.
No use talking a good game. You had better bring it. Saturn doesn’t do yada yada yada, false promises or flaky. Keep in mind, Saturn is your old ruler. This is your house of the rule book. Saturn House Rules. You don’t say it unless you mean it. Or mean to act on it. Mulch. Ruminate. Take all the time you need. Saturn is about the proof and the delivery. It also adds weight to what you say. You leave no-one in doubt of your meaning. You get taken seriously.
I could also add know what you’re talking about. Saturn comes with a built-in BS detector. No, pants may not be on fire. But take it you will be put on the spot if you fudge the facts, don’t keep your word or the real Saturn no-no – lie by omission. Then you’ll find yourself with some real explaining to do. And yes, that Saturn antenna is attuned to others’ BS too. It will take a lot to get something past you now.
This is your house of education. The old school yard. First, Saturn can see people from your early years reappear. High school reunions are very Saturn through your 3rd. You may re-enter education during this time. Especially post graduate degrees. And yes, you will want everyone to know about it. And yes, okay – a little bragging is expected. And allowed. Deciding to become a mature student – Saturn approves.
Believe in your own ideas and get behind them. Of course, do your research. But understand that the only difference between you and someone else who is succeeding with their projects and plans, is not a lack of talent. Just that they are doing it. Hence the call to action now.
Saturn in here favours writing, speaking and anything that is structured communication. That lesson plan, presentation, thesis – plays and books have a structure. That podcast or business plan. Blueprints, plans and designs. It asks you don’t scatter your thoughts but focus on one idea at a time. And then see it through.
Words matter. As does how we choose to use them. You need to be mindful of this. And think before you speak. Saturn needs you to understand that sometimes saying little or even nothing at all, is all you need to say. Once out there, you cannot take it back. Important papers will be signed during this Saturn transit as this house rules contracts and paperwork. NDA’s and pre-nups. Agreements and statements. The dotted line should not be signed without carefully thinking it through. It has long term implications and you will be bound by the terms. For this reason alone, do read the fine print or know exactly what you are getting into. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, seek legal advice. Yes, you may be the smartest person in the room, Aquarius. But unless you are a lawyer, do defer to their smarts.
Saturn serves the facts. Just that and nothing more. You won’t be able to take refuge in denial. And you won’t have much patience for those who do. I’m not saying you can’t be friends with a card carrying member of the Flat Earth Society. Just that it’s unlikely now. Saturn in your 3rd favours the late bloomers amongst you. Attention those who have been unsure where their calling lies, the under-achievers hesitant to showcase their smarts, or those who have felt over-shadowed by their siblings (which this house rules). Take it you now catch up with or even surpass those who peaked earlier. I did say you are the idea whose time has come. On the Hollywood 100 Most Powerful list, the 100 spot is usually an open position. Filled by the person (usually a screenwriter), who has the brightest and best idea that has everyone talking on the day. So yes, they are the smartest person in the room. Today. Which your 3rd also rules. You get your day – or 2.5 year slot now, Aquarius. Get talking.
PISCES

Saturn in fabba ABBA mode? Maybe you’re having trouble picturing Old Father Time in that shiny jumpsuit and platforms. Money, money, money, Pisces. That’s your theme tune with Saturn now in your 2nd alongside ruler Neptune.
So let’s start with the hard stuff. You work all night, you work all day, to pay the bills you have to pay . . . Saturn is traditionally associated with austerity and lack. The inability to make ends meet. Or we could take this one step further and say – a poverty mentality. There’s so many examples out there of people who have been cash-rich, but living as if they didn’t have two pennies to rub together. That’s a blockage within them. They may for instance hang on to money out of fear of that ‘rainy day’ arriving. Even though no matter how intense the deluge might be if it did, they have more than enough to weather it. Or they may harbour guilt or feelings of undeservedness around spending money – even money they have earned, on themselves.
Money issues don’t need to be this extreme. But the other end of the financial scales is legitimately not having enough, stumbling from one financial crisis to the next, an inability to manage money or simply not having enough knowledge about how to do this. Here comes the cosmic account Saturn to show you just how to audit not just your finances, but your values. This is when you can make your money add up for you.
Saturn rules karma. And yes, we have karma with money. Stop seeing money as coins, folding stuff, cards or even crypto. Money is energy. If something has energy – we have karma with it. It is charged – one way or another by this and our beliefs. And the best thing about this is once we ‘get’ this, we can charge the ‘currency’ in a new way. Think of this as unfreezing your assets, Pisces.
Am I worth it? This is often at the heart of our current financial situation. No matter what this is. Low self worth can have us buying stuff we don’t need or cannot really afford in an attempt to feel ‘worthy’. We then feel even worse about ourselves when the bill falls due. Reinforcing that belief we are not enough. Because if we were, we would have enough to pay it. Which simply fuels the cycle.
We take low paying jobs or don’t charge enough for our skills. We ‘settle’ for less than we deserve. Including in relationships. We short change ourselves. This can stem from being made to feel not good enough when we were younger. And also from the messages we received about money back then. Not enough, root of all evil, hard to come by. Harsh economic factors may not be our parents fault. In fact, they may have worked extremely hard but been unable to get ahead. But our early experiences may have left us with strong emotions around money.
And despite what popular culture would have us believe, growing up in a rich household doesn’t automatically translate to us being comfortable with money as adults. We may see money as a tool to control, manipulate or used to replace real emotional connection. The absent parent who compensates by expensive gift giving in lieu of time for instance. We then grow up to associate stuff with real love. Yet feel strangely empty no matter how much we have. Or how much our partner spent on that present.
There’s no get-rich-quick solution with Saturn in this house. But what is on offer for you is long term investment in valuing yourself. You may begin to work your latent talents and skills for instance. Mine your past ones. Learn about financial management and budgeting. Get to grips not just with debts if you have them, but the triggers that get you spending. And then go about getting the real needs behind these met. Because yes, you are worth this, Pisces.
Saturn can see you making slow gains and inroads. You will no longer continue to invest in anything that doesn’t add lasting value to your life. Be it that Temu haul or that relationship which doesn’t support you. As your self-worth becomes more defined and aligns with your values, you will move on to doing whatever you need to in order to increase your income. From asking for a raise, to taking a better paying job or raising your rates. Saturn wants you to try this to see how it feels. One gain at a time. It will all add up.
Finally, does the idea of having more make you feel anxious or unsettled? Do you fear mismanaging it, losing it or wasting it? Or that it would turn you into someone different? These are also blocks that stop abundance in all its many forms from reaching us. We’re cut off from circulation and that current. Confronting why you have these feelings releases them. And that energy changes its charge from negative to positive. Yes, money matters, Pisces. Remove the block in your personal blockchain this Saturn cycle.
