What needs to change?
Have you been keeping yourself in the dark?
Redefine how you see yourself
March kick-starts your soul and ability to identify the areas you need to change, Aries. But let’s face it, that’s just the way you like it!
Ruler Mars ignites the soul warrior within you as it lands in Pisces and your 12th (2nd). This occurs the day before the full Moon and total lunar eclipse in Virgo and your 12th. There’s something close to home clamouring for your attention. Perhaps you already know what this is. But if you’re in the dark – and eclipses are all about cover ups, expect an ‘Ah-ha!’ moment to appear this week.
Your psychic detective sends you on a CSI investigation on a soul level. You’ll gather all that evidence and be able to come to the conclusion that something needs to change. With the eclipse’s angle to Jupiter in your 4th, this may hit close to home. It could even be something you’ve been keeping from yourself. That negative tape or habit that’s imprisoning you in a loop of destructive self-talk or non-action. Once you know what this is, you’ll confront it without judgement and in a state of self-forgiveness tell it to be gone for good. Allow two days either side of the eclipse (3rd), for this process to occur.
You’re aided in this by the Sun’s blissful trine to Jupiter (5th). Along with the soothe your soul Grand Water Trine of the 8th. Which offers up the kind of completion and freedom from restriction that only courage brings you.
Just in time for Venus’ arrival in your 1st (6th). Venus first actives the highly energised zero degree left by last month’s Saturn/Neptune conjoining. When this occurs, latent energy is released. For you, this can see you initiate overdue changes around your image, appearance and how you see yourself. Venus wastes no time engaging with Neptune (7th) and then Saturn (8th). A divine infusion of beautiful awakening and newly cemented self-certainty. Dissolving those clouds of doubt – whether self-created or inflicted on you by others, once and for all. Emerge from the shadows – truly defined and remade. In no one’s image but yours, Aries.
In a nutshell: You may have been ignoring something right under your nose, Aries. Expect the fog to lift around this in the wake of this week’s eclipse. Self-doubt is replaced by newly minted self-certainty. Show up as yourself – for yourself, this week.

ARIES
Enter the season of the Soulful Warrior
This is YOUR time
Happy solar return, Aries!
March asks that you slow down until the Sun reaches your sign on the 20th. Not only are you adjusting to having two extremely slow moving planets in your sign – Saturn and Neptune, March brings an eclipse, a Mercury retrograde and ruler Mars conjunct the North Node in your 12th. All of this points to you adopting a Wait and See approach. It’s the season of spring, but it is also the Season of the Soulful Warrior, Aries.
Mars’ arrival into your 12th (2nd), creates a five factor stellium in this house. Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and the North Node. Venus will move on into your sign on the 6th. Mars is absent its usual get-up-and-go charge in here. It’s subtle, on the down-low, more concerned with what’s happening within than it is in taking outer action. Don’t underestimate it however. It’s in psychic detective mode. Should it uncover facts that show you someone no longer deserves to be on your crew, it will act decisively. Mars may be more spiritual and less impulsive in your 12th. But that doesn’t mean its a pushover.
Pro tip during this heavy 12th house transit: Keep your plans to yourself unless you are 100% certain that who you confide in will keep them in the vault. If in any doubt, choose to talk things through with a professional who is bound by a code of ethics.
That slow down and need to keep your plans to yourself, applies to the total lunar eclipse in Virgo and your 6th (3rd).Especially when it comes to work and wellbeing matters. This is your emotional and physical astro check up. Your state of being and how what you do – everything from your day job to your habits, routine and the who or what you surround yourself with, impacts on you. Mind, body and soul. Pay close attention to your energy levels. What drains you, what motivates you and also your coping mechanisms. The things you may reach for to self-soothe or power through. From that glass of wine to energy drinks or the more positive steps like that run or work-out. Go for the good.
Eclipses always conceal. This one is no exception. As it is a total eclipse, this is a real cover up. Something you do or engage in which has a more profound impact on you than you imagined. You may want to keep track of this in the two days leading up to the eclipse and the two days following it. It’s only when we slow down or stop that we really start noticing the impact of the small stuff. Bigger than we originally thought.
If you are thinking of changing your job or even have plans for a side-hustle, again, be mindful about who you share this with. Especially co-workers who may gossip. Also people may steal your ideas. You may therefore choose to nurture those plans in secret until you are ready to press start. Wait until Mercury is out of retroshade early next month if you can. Post eclipse – look to true colours and agendas being exposed across the 13th – 15th.
The new Moon in your 12th appears the day before the brazen, blazing Sun springs into your 1st. You’ll relish that feeling of having prioritised down-time and also not scattering the energy around those hopes, wishes and dreams amongst the unworthy, Aries. This is a new moon of secrets and hidden resources. The main one being that it peaks your energy. Allowing you to hit the ground running the following day as your new cycle officially begins along with the start of the astrological new year and spring.
Last month’s zero degree meeting between Saturn and Neptune in your sign may have left some of you wondering: What’s the big deal? This often happens with major cosmic events. We expect major shifts on the day they occur – and this does happen for many people. But they can appear to be an anticlimax for others. If you’ve experienced a let-down, what you are actually waiting for is for a personal planet to cross the zero degree where the conjunction took place – and activate it. This applies to the point where all major cosmic encounters happen.
This is YOUR time, Aries. Look to the arrival of Venus (6th), the conjunctions between Venus, Neptune and Saturn (7th-8th), and the Sun’s arrival (20th). These are dates when the energy created by the Saturn/Neptune meeting will be triggered. This is fresh-baked potential waiting for you to harness it. It’s been quietly building but now you get to unleash it. Direct it on these dates by taking action and channelling it into image enhancements, rebrands, relaunches and those personal goals and ambitions.
You are now entering a birthday cycle like no other. It’s awash with possibilities which you are able to ground in a way that you may have found elusive before. There’s a freshly defined certainty around who you are and what you want, Aries. An unmistakeable and unmissable 4K clarity around your identity and your intentions. Your potential is unleashed. Your future now takes shape.
Determine what this looks like, Aries. Hold that vision in your mind. Fuse it with clear steps you need to take. Then – across the 22nd – 25th take action on it. This is when the Sun will engage with first Neptune and then Saturn. It’s not simply a new cycle. It’s a new you meeting an entire new paradigm. You’ve spend the first three weeks of the month discharging and releasing what you no longer need. As well a recharging yourself – body, mind and soul. You’re poised and ready in a way you’ve never been before. Adept, courageous and untamed when it comes to the steps you’re willing to take. The Sun feeds the fire within you. Let the world see you light up. And blaze that trail, baby!
In a nutshell: The Soulful Warrior doesn’t hurry or bow to pressure. They wait for the right moment secure in their decisions. And their timing. That’s you in the run-up to your birthday, Aries. A new approach. And a brand new you.

Aries Yearly Astrology Forecast 2026
Organically grown, through the hemisphere I roam
To make love to the angels of light, yeah
Fatboy Slim. Weapon of Choice
Angels of light arrive this year. And love is your weapon of choice Aries, as we enter a new era. When a planet enters your sign it’s a powerful moment. And when that planet is a slow-moving outer one, the changes it ushers in will be even more powerful and far-reaching. This goes beyond the fact the planet is in your 1st house. 0o Aries is the first degree of the 360 degree zodiac wheel. The degree of profound and far reaching new beginnings and change. The point of passing out of the past ruled by Pisces and the 12th house. And into the present and now. For you – you are born. You are here.
Last year as Saturn and Neptune began their in-and-out between Pisces and your sign, you underwent a process of preparing for rebirth. Of letting go of an element of yourself. And of then ‘birthing’ your re-envisioned soul into reality. Pisces and the 12th house is often referred to as ‘Womb and Tomb’ by traditional astrologers. In other words, where we were and who we were before we were born. And where we go next. You have spent an inordinate amount of time ‘between lives’ – or in the Bardo of the 12th thanks to the long Neptunian transit and Saturn joining it for the past 2.5 years. In 2026, you enter your next incarnation. One you can define.
The year begins with you looking at what it is you want to achieve. Your role and goal for the upcoming cycle. What you are setting your sights on next. And who you will become doing it. 2026 opens with a four planet stellium – Sun, Mercury, Venus and ruler Mars in your 10th. And a full supermoon in Cancer and your 4th on January 3. This supermoon is one of two Cancer supermoons which open and close the year. The second one will appear in December. In between you will move literally or figuratively into a new state of being. Or somewhere new entirely.
If you hoped to move home in ‘25 but it did not happen, then the first half of the new year should hand you the opportunity and the resources you need thanks to Jupiter remaining in Cancer and your 4th until the end of June. The supermoon puts you in a state of preparedness.
Saturn and Neptune in Aries: Become an Angel of Light
The track Weapon of Choice is all about Frank Herbert’s masterpiece Dune novel. For those of you living on well – Arrakis, who haven’t read the books or seen the film, the ‘worm’ of Fatboy Slim’s lyrics has nothing to do with that bottle of mezcal. Dune is a very Neptunian novel. So is this track. Neptune and its ruling sign of Pisces, rule psychic ability, beliefs, religion, fantasy and imagination. This includes sci-fi. Dune features a religious/mystical sect who can control people’s minds with their voice (spells). And is about the battle to control ‘Spice’ – a drug which allows for space travel. It also features themes of religion, prophecy and a messiah. Honestly, you can’t get any more Neptunian that that.
The Weapon of Choice music video starring fellow Aries Christopher Walken, is full of Neptune images if you look for them. It’s on YouTube so take a look. Christopher Walken plays the Emperor in the second Dune film in a possible nod to this. That’s the kind of hidden message and subtlety Neptune loves. Peel back the layers. Look deeper.
The ‘Weapon of Choice’ of the song’s title refers to ‘the tone of my voice’ – the ability to influence people by varying its timbre. And also your body language. Taught to acolytes of the secretive Bene Gesserit sisterhood in the novels. Your weapon of choice as Neptune (Jan 26) and then Saturn (Feb 14), enter your sign and unpack for long term stays, is your face, look, appearance, style, image, brand, avatar, identity, who you identify as, and voice in the form of your visual and verbal message. And it’s a compellingly irresistible one, Aries.
As well as all the above themes, the Dune series features battles and revolutions. Uprisings against the established order. Neptune and also Saturn in Aries have long been associated with these. We need only look back at history to see what happened when these planets last paid your sign a visit.
A once in a new lifetime moment occurs on Feb 20, 2026 when for the first time in our lifetimes, Saturn and Neptune meet in Aries. Although Saturn and Neptune meet approximately once every 36 years, this is the first time we have seen them meet in your sign. At the key 0o. You are being cast in an entirely new role, Aries. There’s a saying, life isn’t a dress rehearsal.
This is the real thing and you now need to be the real deal. Saturn and Neptune are two very different planetary energies. But here they work together. The concrete, practical and established boundaries of Saturn – symbolised by its rings, with the ethereal diffusion and spirituality of Neptune. Who you know yourself to be, or are meant to be, crystallises in a fresh way. How you present yourself going forward, changes in line with this. You are your own best weapon and you choose you. Simply becoming this will shift so many areas in your life. And you have a squad of planets helping you.
Your birthday season this year peaks on April 17 with the new moon in your sign creating an unbelievable seven factor stellium – Sun, Moon, Mercury, ruler Mars, Saturn, Neptune and Chiron. This is your point of prime initiation. And new agency over yourself. When you reveal and settle into your new state of being. It’s not just all about you at this point, Aries. Partnerships and making love to the angels of light will be a major theme for you throughout Saturn and Neptune’s stay. Saturn sees you taking responsibility for your long term happiness. And owning your past. While Neptune creates a state within you where you can share your emotions without feeling the need to self-protect. As well connecting you to those angels whose openness and resonance reflects your emerging identity.
Your yearly partnership peak – when the Sun enters Libra and your 7th in September and along with other planets in here, oppose Saturn and Neptune, will focus on one-to-one angelic connections. Or one in particular. What many Aries will find is that friendships and social contacts take on fresh significance for you. Friendships are the new love experience. This is due to the fact that Saturn is the ancient ruler of Aquarius and your 11th. And Uranus is the contemporary one. It will also shake up everything from how and what you communicate, to your neighbourhood as it arrives in Gemini and your 3rd on April 26.
Uranus in Gemini – Waking Up the Neighbours
Gemini rules writing, speaking and all forms of communication. Including the visual – design, photography etc. We’re back to your voice. That key part of your identity and how you express your ideas. Uranus rules technology, innovation and the collective. Gemini is all about your immediate surroundings and your neighbourhood. This includes your digital neighbourhood – the internet and your social media presence, feed, channel, podcast etc.
What you can expect will be nothing short of a revolution in how you communicate, what you say, share and even your presence, your devices, your ideas and even how you get about. You may also see changes occur right outside your front door in your immediate environment as your neighbour undergoes gentrification for instance. Your commute may change. You buy an electric or hybrid vehicle. The need to move suddenly leads to the discovery of an eclectic new area you did not know existed in your city. All signs of Uranus waking you up.
Uranus has us not only thinking outside the box. There is no more box. Uranus is associated with the colour electric blue. ‘Blue sky thinking’ is an Uranian phrase. As far as your devices and your online life go, or the tools you use to transmit your image and ideas – baby, you ain’t seen nothing yet! AI tools will enter a new phase. Apps that will allow you to refine those ideas and enhance them in ways you cannot yet imagine. To remake your image however you see fit. And to use these to wake up not just the neighbours, but turn the world into your neighbourhood.
You may grasp an electrifying idea and simply see it generate a life or a following all its own. One conversation takes you in a direction you would never have imagined. You study a radical subject – astrology, noetics, cutting edge technology. Boring company or conversations? So no. This may see you change jobs if your current role does not offer the stimulation you need. Or start your own business. If there’s a wave – you’re ahead of it, Aries.
Jupiter in Leo – the Year Long Summer of Love
Jupiter enters Leo and your 5th of pleasure trips, attraction, romance, children, your inner child and creative self-expression on June 30. It’s been 12 years since the planet of expansion and opportunity was in this sector of your chart. Keep in mind as it moves through it, it will trine your natal Aries factors and also Saturn and Neptune. So, what you love, love to do or who, appears with lasting potential. And bigger, more dreamily real and enhanced.
Many astrologers are calling this Jupiter ‘The Summer of Love’. Not just because it occurs in summertime in the Northern hemisphere. But because Leo is ruled by the Sun. Jupiter spends 12 months in each sign of the zodiac. So in truth ushers in an endless summer across 2026/27. A Haight-Ashbury ‘flowers in your hair’, year long, Coachella-fest experience. When life turns magical and free flowing once more. Especially when you simply follow your heart.
Big loves, creation, effortless attraction, travel, holidays, parties, shared pleasurable experiences – parties, concerts, festivals, conception, lucky breaks, hobbies; and you, your identity, voice and all that make you special are singled out, celebrated, heard, seen and even placed in the spotlight, big up your world. Jupiter offers up the ultimate backstage, access all areas, VIP pass for you. You could even find yourself rubbing shoulders with VIP, celebrities, the rich and famous under this Jupiter.
It is also here to show you that when it’s right, it’s easy. This especially applies to love, Aries. It’s not meant to be a struggle. The same goes for life when you follow your heart and give yourself permission to express your authentic self. This is how you engage with this Jupiter. Show yourself.
Eclipses and the North Node in Aquarius
Look to health matters as the final eclipses on the old nodal axis of Pisces/Virgo appear on the March 3 (total lunar eclipse in Virgo), and Aug 28 – partial lunar eclipse in Pisces. As well as paying close attention to your holy body/mind/spirit trinity on these dates, in particular use the total lunar eclipse on Mar 3 to release and let go of that residue or anything you no longer need as it is the final eclipse before your new cycle begins.
Before the Nodes change signs, we see preview eclipses appear on the new axis – in this case, Leo and your 5th and Aquarius and your 11th. And a pair of eclipses on the old axis – always lunar, to close the cycle. The North Node moves into Aquarius on June 27, the South joins Jupiter in Leo. Ahead of this, we have the first solar eclipse of the year on the new axis – an annular solar eclipse in Aquarius on Feb 17. This also marks the start of the Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse. Horses run in herds. So this is about yours. Friends who will support and reflect your new surety when it comes to your identity. And share your spiritual values. An annular eclipse is one that creates that ‘Ring of Fire’ effect around the Sun. All eclipses conceal. With an annular eclipse something has a ‘ring of truth’ about it. But you don’t have all the facts. Yet. Keep an open mind around friends and who you meet. Also, if you suspect someone is more frenemy than friend, this eclipse could bring something with clarifies this. You may see people leave and also enter your circle now. Again, this happens in line with who you are.
The second eclipse on the new axis occurs with the new moon in Leo on Aug 12. Something is emerging into your life or being ‘conceived’. This is a total solar eclipse. So, a complete blackout. You are totally in the dark now. If you are sexually active, straight and able to conceive, do not take chances with contraception under this eclipse. Especially with Jupiter also present in here. This includes you straight guys. It is a joint responsibility.
Resist your usual impulse under this eclipse to rush in or make things happen. If a conflict arises, step back and ask yourself what you are really fighting about. Remember, this year is all about stepping away from the old, doing things differently and being different. This includes your habitual responses. You’ll get a better result from slowing down or a more diplomatic approach. And when it comes to dating under this eclipse, taking things very slowly indeed.
This eclipse is linked to the previous total eclipse in Leo in 2017. Many of you may remember the image of Donald Trump viewing it from the White House. And he also looked at it without eye protection. If you can remember what was happening in your own life back then, you may see something repeat itself or else reach a turning point. And yes, do watch prominent families whether royal, political or celebrities under this eclipse. I know many of you are psychic or use astrology yourself. What are you picking up? You may see it all play out as the shadows clear.
Venus Retrograde: There’s More to Life Than Love and Money – or is there?!
Eclipses are not the only time for you to slow down. Love and money planet Venus will retrograde across Scorpio and your 8th and Libra (which it rules), and your 7th during October and November. This is a time to pause and look at how your goals around money, income, love and partnerships have progressed since the year began.
Just like eclipses, retrogrades are neither good nor bad. They simply are. Reviewing just how fair you’ve come, or coming up with a new goal or action plan around these areas, is the best way to benefit from a Venus retro. But as a general guide, when a personal planet retrogrades, you should avoid initiating anything new in the areas that it rules. So, steer clear of seeking that new love (remember, your Summer of Love is for 12 months!), watch your cash flow, avoid spending on things you don’t need or lavish, expensive items. If you can avoid it, do not take out new loans or lines of credit. Refinancing or consolidating debts is fine.
As part of that slow down, do some gardening with your existing relationship or working union. Ask yourself how you continue to feel about this person? And don’t be afraid to ask the big questions of them we often choose to avoid. Such as ‘Are you happy?’ and ‘What do you really need from me?’. Single? Take yourself on dates and treat yourself (without the splurge) like a lover would. This may be such a loving experience that you change how you approach finding love. Or let go of the need to pursue one. And yes, this is all part of embracing Jupiter’s ‘it’s meant to be easy’ philosophy.
The year ends as it began. With the second full supermoon in Cancer on Dec 24. Squaring Neptune now direct again in your 1st. Time to return to your sacred space, your sanctuary within and simply sit with all you have done now. How you created and deployed that very special and highly individual weapon of choice which is you. None of what you have experienced, achieved, participated in or attracted, could have happened to the old you, Aries. You levelled up in a way that defied all previous incarnations. Warrior of love and angel of light – that’s who you’ve become as you head into 2027.
In a nutshell: The secret weapon behind your success this year happens to be you, Aries. How you imagine yourself to be – or who. You are who you think you are as Saturn and Neptune reshape your identity. Ready or not world – here you come as Jupiter enters Leo and your show-stopping 5th house brings you a year long summer of celebration. The Festival of You!
